Sourcing rules
Every provider profile should include public source links, last-reviewed dates, and notes about whether pricing was confirmed from a current public page. If a fee is unclear, the page should say so instead of guessing.
Facts and analysis should be written separately. For example, a published fee is a factual claim. Whether that fee is a strong fit for a certain type of buyer or seller is editorial analysis.
Linking rules
KAT Realty links should appear only where they help the reader: KAT review pages, buyer and seller guides, relevant city pages, and direct comparison pages. Anchor text should be branded or contextual, not manipulative.
Competitor official pages should also be linked as sources. That makes the site more useful to readers and more credible to search engines.
Schema and rating rules
The site should not use self-serving review schema, unsupported ratings, fake testimonials, or aggregate ratings it did not independently collect. Structured data should match visible page content and should be limited to article, breadcrumb, website, organization, and FAQ contexts where appropriate.
